Maintenance Technician, 2nd sh + $1.00/hr shift premium

About the role

Responsible for overseeing the design and construction of custom building products. Works closely with clients to understand their needs and translate those into functional and aesthetically pleasing designs.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans and specifications
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with industry standards and client expectations
• Manage the production process from start to finish, ensuring quality control and adherence to timelines
• Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates and address concerns

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the construction industry
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Proficiency in relevant software tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar
• Experience with sustainable building practices and materials
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
