Maintenance Technician 2nd (3pm-11pm) and 3rd shift (11pm-7am)

About the role

We're looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role offers a clear career path from Step 1 to Step 3 with pay raises as you advance. You'll build in-demand skills in hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems, and be part of a cultural and operational transformation.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot equipment and solve problems on the spot
• Install, maintain, and repair machines, structures, and systems (hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical)
• Clean, lubricate, and perform preventive maintenance to keep equipment running smoothly
• Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and manuals to diagnose and repair issues
• Use measuring tools like calipers and micrometers with precision

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• At least 1 year of related experience in maintenance or equivalent training
• Ability to read or learn to read blueprints, sketches, and technical documents
• Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Some exposure to hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems in a manufacturing or technical setting
• Willingness to learn and expand skills in these areas
• Comfortable with or willingness to learn how to use measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, etc.)
• Strong safety-first mindset and willingness to obtain Confined Space & Respirator certifications as required
• Positive attitude and interest in continuous learning and technical growth

Physical & Work Environment

• Standing, bending, kneeling, climbing, and lifting up to 25 lbs (occasionally more)
• Non-climate-controlled environment, loud machinery (PPE provided)
