Maintenance Technician - 25 hours per week

About the role

Maintain and repair commercial buildings and equipment to ensure optimal functionality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, painting, and minor repairs.
• Respond to emergency calls to fix urgent issues in a timely manner.
• Inspect building systems for potential problems and make necessary adjustments.
• Follow all safety protocols and regulations during work activities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of related experience in maintenance or construction.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings.

Qualifications

• Proficient in using hand tools and power equipment.
• Knowledge of building systems and maintenance procedures.
