Maintenance Technician - 24 hours per week

About the role

Maintain and repair commercial buildings and equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks on HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, and other building systems.
• Respond to emergency repairs and service calls within 24 hours.
• Inspect and test equipment to identify potential issues before they become major problems.
• Follow safety protocols and adhere to all local regulations and codes.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• At least 2 years of related experience in maintenance or construction.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
