Maintenance Technician 2-2-3 Day Shift 6:45 AM -7:00 PM

About the role

We are seeking Maintenance Technicians to support our production needs and facility operations. This role involves performing preventative maintenance and repairs on production equipment, troubleshooting and resolving issues with various systems, assisting with general building maintenance, and following safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on production equipment
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems
• Absorb and resolve issues with electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems
• Absorb and resolve issues with electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems
• Absorb and resolve issues with electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems
• Absorb and resolve issues with electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems
• Absorb and resolve issues with electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems
• Absorb and resolve issues with electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems
• Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean workspace
• Follow all safety protocols and wear proper PPE

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in industrial maintenance, repair, or mechanical systems
• Proficiency with hand and power tools
• Willingness to work 12-hour shifts (day or night) and occasional overtime
• Strong problem-solving skills and a team-first attitude

Pay

$1,500.00 sign-on bonus payable after 3 months, 6 months, and one year in $500 increments

Schedule

Full-Time Day Shift – 12 hour shifts – 3 days one week – 4 days the next week
