Maintenance Technician – Full Time, 1st Shift
Saint Joe’s is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in all aspects of building and grounds maintenance and be eager to contribute to an established team that helps maintain Saint Joe’s as one of the premier facilities of its kind in the state of Ohio.
General Duties & Responsibilities
- Preventative maintenance and repair of vehicles, buildings, and grounds
- Includes mechanical, electrical, plumbing, painting, drywall, and snow removal
- Specific responsibilities and hours may vary based on maintenance needs
Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or GED required
- Experience in building trades (plumbing, carpentry, drywall, painting, and electrical)
- Vehicle maintenance experience required
- Valid driver’s license with fewer than 6 points required
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team while building and maintaining professional relationships
- Self-directed, dependable, and highly motivated
