The Fast growth manufacturer is hiring multiple Maintenance Technicians for all shifts (1st, 2nd, 3rd).
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment and facility systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and plumbing systems.
- Diagnose equipment issues and replace or repair defective components.
- Operate maintenance and fabrication equipment, including welders, saws, grinders, and drill presses.
- Install, modify, and maintain electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electronic equipment.
- Support equipment reliability initiatives to reduce downtime and improve productivity.
- Operate forklifts and aerial lifts as needed.
- Source parts, tools, and materials required to complete maintenance activities.
- Maintain accurate work orders, maintenance records, and CMMS documentation.
- Absorb spare parts inventory management.
- Follow all safety, environmental, and company policies.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; technical training preferred.
- 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong plumbing experience required.
- Experience troubleshooting motors, gearboxes, pumps, compressors, drive systems, and industrial equipment.
- Strong industrial electrical skills, including PLC troubleshooting, three-phase power, controls, and 480V systems.
- Ability to read electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics and blueprints.
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and fabrication machinery.
- Basic computer skills; experience with Microsoft Office and CMMS systems preferred.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Trade certifications or technical certifications are a plus.
