About the Role
General facility maintenance and upkeep of all FCHC Clinical, Business, and Administrative sites.
Responsibilities

- Communicates tactfully and exhibits conflict resolution skills to foster effective working relationships.
- Adheres to FCHC’s dress code policies and maintains appropriate appearance and grooming.
- Demonstrates commitment to position and team performance, including attendance and punctuality.
- Shows consideration and acceptance of cultural differences; supports justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion.
- Participates in training and professional development; completes required trainings on time.
- Adheres to and promotes a culture of safety and cleanliness.
- Maintains HIPAA/confidentiality standards.
- Respects FCHC property and uses health center equipment safely and properly.

- Department Director: Chief Operations Officer
- Works closely with: Maintenance Staff, Team Leaders, Site Operations Supervisor
