Maintenance Technican
Location: Villages of Ottawa - 1155 Noe Bixby Road, Columbus, OH 43213
Job Type: Full-Time – Rotating on Call
Pay Rate: $21-$24/hr - Depending on Experience

Responsibilities
- Complete work orders using our technology to handle maintenance tasks quickly and accurately
- Manage unit turns to prepare units for new residents as directed by the community leader
- Respond to emergency maintenance calls, including on-call shifts when needed
- Maintain high standards by keeping communities in top shape and documenting work properly
- Stay certified by maintaining any required certifications for the role
Requirements
- At least 1 year of maintenance work with some plumbing and/or electrical knowledge
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service, clear communication, and quality repairs
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and solve issues efficiently
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
