About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of advanced manufacturing equipment at our Repack facility. This is a hands-on technical role with strong growth potential — early hires will support new equipment installation and become technical trainers for future team members.

Responsibilities

  • Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on production and facility equipment
  • Troubleshoot and repair PLCs, robotics, electrical, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems
  • Program, modify, and maintain PLC systems (Omron and Siemens preferred)
  • Support installation and commissioning of new equipment
  • Maintain accurate documentation using the CMMS work order system
  • Train and mentor less experienced team members on equipment best practices

Qualifications

  • High school diploma required; Associate Degree in Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, or related field preferred
  • 2–5 years of industrial maintenance experience, including 2+ years with PLCs
  • Strong troubleshooting background with robotics, electrical, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems
  • Ability to read electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic schematics and blueprints
  • Strong computer skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Leadership potential and ability to mentor and train others
