Maintenance Techician- Sonoran Apartments

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team at Sonoran Apartments in Phoenix, AZ. The ideal candidate will have experience in all trades and be very customer service focused. Some duties include cleaning grounds, offices, common areas, completing maintenance service requests, appliance repairs, painting, apartment turnovers, taking emergency calls, and more.

Responsibilities

• Clean grounds, offices, and common areas
• Complete maintenance service requests
• Perform appliance repairs
• Handle painting and apartment turnovers
• Respond to emergency calls

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in apartment maintenance on a 200+ unit property (preferred)
• Experience in all trades (plumbing, electrical, A/C, etc.)
• Strong customer service attitude and ability to work in a team environment
• Reliable transportation
• Availability to work on-call rotation
• Consent to audio recordings during work duties as a condition of employment
