Responsibilities

Requirements

🔧 Previous experience as a Maintenance Technician in a multi-unit residential setting.

🔧 Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance. Plumbing or electrical license preferred but not required.

🔧 Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think on your feet.

🔧 Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

🔧 Excellent communication and customer service skills.

🔧 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

🔧 High school diploma or equivalent.
