Maintenance Tech/Security (Full-Time or Part-Time 11pm-7am)

About the role

Responsible for repairs to mechanical systems. Performs general repairs and maintenance duties in all buildings, including preventive maintenance. Maintains grounds, performing seasonal duties. Protects Fox Run property against fire, theft, vandalism, and illegal entry. Responds to resident emergencies and performs rounds on campus to ensure the safety of Community Members.

Pay

Hourly range: $18.00 – $21.00 (depends on experience)
