Maintenance Tech (QSR - Restaurants)

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain restaurant commercial equipment.
• Manage facility repair and maintenance workflow in Service Channel.
• Complete facility repairs in a timely manner at both the corporate office and restaurant locations.
• Regularly inspect the corporate office and restaurant locations for building repair needs and maintenance issues as well as hazardous conditions.
• Create, manage, and respond to facility repair and maintenance work orders at assigned.
• Complete regular inspections to identify and repair problems.
• Complete repairs in flooring, ceiling tiles, painting, drywall, and general building repair.
• Perform preventive maintenance and ensure completion of work orders to meet the restaurant needs.
• Maintain parking area and curb maintenance.
• Repair roof leaks.
• Report daily to the Maintenance Supervisor on jobs completed and status.
• Communicate with Operations, Department Heads and Vendors.
• Reports on work schedule and repair statuses.
• Manages work orders and maximize customer service.
• Gas invoices turned in per yearly gas reimbursement schedule.
• Copies of charge slips turned in daily or on the next business day.
• Master maintenance list turned in per schedule.
• Keep record of van repairs and service.

Requirements

• Facial hair requirements: Must be closely shaved or completely shaved per Health Code requirements, no exceptions.
• Must have experience with maintaining facilities, including but not limited to building repairs, ceilings, flooring, grounds, etc.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or G.E.D. equivalent or technical training and/or related subject preferred.

Skills

• Experience with maintenance work order software "MaintainX" is a plus!
