Maintenance Tech - on-call

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repair on the facility and equipment.
• Prepare and organize materials and equipment before starting a task.
• Report equipment/items needing repair to supervisor immediately.
• Respond to occasional building emergencies as needed by the supervisor.
• Report all incidents/accidents to supervisor.
• Perform daily rounds and checks of various systems as assigned, including related record keeping.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must be at least eighteen years of age.
• Able to read, write, and speak English.
• Formal training in vocational school or trade apprenticeship program preferred but not required.
• Minimum of one year building maintenance work experience.
• Completion of a background check.

Qualifications

• Physical requirements include ability to work in different physical positions, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working with tools and equipment.
