Maintenance Tech - Night Shift
About the role
Marvin Composites is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team at our Salem, VA location. This position offers the chance to contribute to an innovative manufacturing environment while building a rewarding career.
Responsibilities
- Provide timely support, perform preventive and reactive maintenance
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Plan work effectively, coordinating with production and leadership to ensure success
- Order parts as needed to keep our equipment running smoothly
- Maintain facility equipment to minimize downtime and scrap
- Continuously improve equipment, processes, methods, etc., to drive innovation
Requirements
- A two-year technical degree or equivalent work experience
- Strong Electrical and Mechanical skills
- Familiarity with PLCs, control systems, and industrial automation

Pay
Base rate: $24-37/hr + 20% night premium
Schedule
6:30 PM - 3:00 AM Monday - Friday
