Maintenance Tech - Night Shift ( 04:00 pm to 04:00 am)

We are currently hiring a Maintenance Technician to join our Cincinnati, OH team on Night Shift (4:00 PM – 4:00 AM). This position offers a stable work environment, competitive benefits, and opportunities for long-term growth and development.

Schedule

• 12-hour rotational shift
• One week working 4 days, followed by one week working 3 days

About the Role

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing line changeovers, troubleshooting equipment, and maintaining production and facility systems to support safe, efficient, and reliable operations. This role requires strong mechanical and electrical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to complete preventive maintenance tasks on time.

Responsibilities

• Perform line changeovers (cappers, fillers, conveyors, video jets, sleeve machines, case erectors, case packers, palletizers, bottle unscramblers, steam tunnels, etc.)
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment issues
• Support continuous improvement and reduce downtime
• Track downtime in ERP system
• Perform preventive maintenance
• Use hand and power tools safely
• Complete GMP and SOP training
• Assist with facility maintenance and special projects

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of manufacturing maintenance experience
• Experience with mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems
• Electrical troubleshooting experience (multimeters, testing equipment)
• Experience with boilers and pasteurizers (preferred)
• Experience with pumps, motors, and production equipment

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Skilled trades apprenticeship preferred (Electrical, Mechanical, Machinist)
