Maintenance Tech - Multifamily

SNS Management is hiring a Maintenance Technician to help maintain our apartment community in West Chester, OH. We provide the vehicle, fuel, tools, and support—you bring the technical skills and pride in your work. This role focuses on resident service requests and preventative maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Complete plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general maintenance repairs
• Perform preventative maintenance throughout the community
• Troubleshoot maintenance issues and provide quality repairs
• Communicate professionally with residents
• Document completed work using a smartphone

Requirements

• 2+ years of maintenance or skilled trade experience
• Experience with plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs
• EPA Universal Certification preferred
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable, self-motivated, and customer-focused

Pay

$29–$30 hourly wage

Schedule

Monday–Friday, flexible 8-hour shift between 8:00 AM–6:00 PM, plus rotating on-call.
