Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Maintenance Technician in a multi-unit residential setting.
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think on your feet.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
