Schedule

• 1:00 pm - 12:00 am (10% shift premium)
• 3:00 pm - 2:00 am (10% shift premium)
• 7:00 pm - 6:00 am (10% shift premium)

Pre-employment requirements include a hair follicle drug screen, lift test up to 65 lbs., and background check.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, install, build, calibrate, tune, and repair furnaces
• Troubleshoot hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical equipment
• Diagnose combustion, electrical, and mechanical equipment
• Disassemble, inspect, rebuild, and reassemble heavy industrial machinery
• Perform Temperature Uniformity Surveys (TUS) and System Accuracy Tests (SAT)
• Operate and troubleshoot furnaces and control systems
• Actively promote a safe and healthy work environment

Requirements

• 2+ years of plant maintenance experience
• Blueprint reading, strong mechanical aptitude, and repair skills
• Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical systems, and PLCs
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to climb ladders and work at elevations up to 60 feet

Qualifications (Preferred)

• Associate’s degree in Electro-Mechanical Technology, Industrial Mechanic Technical Diploma, or successful completion of Mechatronics Apprenticeship Program
