Maintenance Tech III -Brookside

Responsibilities

• Diagnose problems and make repairs in order to maintain the physical condition of the community according to operating and safety standards.
• Maintain and diagnose residential and commercial systems, plumbing fixtures and supply & drain lines, water heaters, household appliances, cabinetry, doors, framing, flooring, tile, drywall, plaster, painting, building envelope, pools/spas, elevators, fire detection & protection systems, and computer systems.
• Oversee maintenance staff when the Maintenance Manager/Supervisor is not on site.
• Perform turnkey work as required.
• Absorb responsibilities of a Maintenance Technician I/II.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
• Real Page / other program experience: 5 years.
• Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance.
• Certification as a Type I and Type II technician from an EPA approved technician certification program.
• Valid Asbestos abatement certification (where applicable).
