About the role
The Maintenance Technician II- Weekend Shift will ensure robust operation of equipment through preventative maintenance and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Performing general maintenance of all equipment.
- Aiding in the implementation of new equipment and equipment improvements.
- Performing thorough work and follow-through on the repairs through feedback from internal customers.
- Communicating with other maintenance personnel and line workers to solve equipment issues and perform sustainable solutions.
- Diagnosing failed components and safely working on voltages up to 480V.
- Using a digital voltmeter (DVM) correctly.
- Continually coordinating equipment updates and operational issues with off-shift maintenance personnel and other team members as needed.
- Knowing how to use Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), drives, Human-Machine Interfaces (HMIs), and other electrical components.
- Attending outside training and seminars for continual education.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of maintenance experience.
- Preferred experience with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), drives, Human-Machine Interfaces (HMIs), and other electrical components.
- Ability to interpret electrical schematics.
Qualifications
- Must be able to diagnose failed components and safely work on voltages up to 480V.
- Knowledge of using a Digital Voltmeter (DVM).
- Knowledge of Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), drives, Human-Machine Interfaces (HMIs), and other electrical components.
Skills
- Interpreting electrical schematics.

Pay
Hourly Rate: $25-$38/hr. commensurate with experience + 20% shift differential w/ possible increase after 90 Day Performance Review.
Schedule
12-hour shifts- Friday-Sunday 7:00am to 7:00pm
