About the role

Under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor, performs journey-level work in the maintenance and repair of electrical, plumbing, HVAC and similar systems of district buildings and facilities.

Responsibilities

• Performs journey-level work in the maintenance and repair of electrical, plumbing, HVAC and similar systems of district buildings and facilities.
• Schedule: Summer: Mon - Fri, 6:00am 2:30pm; Winter: Mon Fri. 7:00am 3:30pm
• 40 hours per week, 12 months per year, 261 work days

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required. Valid AZ driver's license and reliable transportation required.

Qualifications

• Valid AZ driver's license and reliable transportation required.

Skills

• Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical drawings.
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC and similar systems.
