Maintenance Tech II

About the role

Saratoga Bridges maintenance team keeps our Day Services locations and 17 homes safe and in working order. Whether patching and painting or fixing a self-closing door that's not quite latching, our maintenance team works on a wide range of tasks. We're looking for a Jack or Jill of all trades who has a variety of maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and heating maintenance tasks
• Maintain Day Services locations and residential homes
• Address a variety of maintenance issues, from patching and painting to door adjustments

Requirements

• 4 or more years of experience in at least one trade: carpentry, electrical, plumbing, or heating
• Valid driver's license
• High school diploma or GED preferred
