About the Role
Performs general maintenance duties related to troubleshooting and repair of residential/commercial HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance equipment, and routine building upkeep. Responsibilities include maintenance tasks on laundry, commercial kitchen equipment, domestic water, fire protection, and alarm systems. Responds to residential work orders as directed by lead technician/supervisor and documents work order completion and issue resolutions using maintenance management system software.
Schedule & Pay
Full-time, 80 hours bi-weekly.
- Available shifts:
- Monday - Friday, 7:30am-4:00pm
- Tuesday - Saturday, 7:30am-4:00pm
- Sunday - Thursday, 3:30pm-12:00am (evening shift)
- Ability to work weekends, evenings, and be available on call for after-hour emergencies.
Pay range: $22.65 - $27.00 per hour.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalency.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Minimum three (3) years of progressive experience in general maintenance.
- CFC certification or ability to obtain within the first 90 days of hire.
