Maintenance Tech I

Schedule and Pay

• PRN position
• Monday - Friday, every other weekend
• 4-hour shift
• $20.00/hour based on experience

Job Description

Receives and follows maintenance schedule/instructions from Executive Director and as outlined in established maintenance policies and procedures.

Performs general maintenance tasks.

Performs minor repairs, alterations or additions in accordance with daily work assignments or as directed by supervisors.

Should have some experience with electrical, plumbing and painting.

Qualifications

• Prefers 3-5 years’ experience in a maintenance setting.
• Valid Drivers License, required.
