About the role

Blackhawk Property Management is looking for a skilled Floating Maintenance Technician. You must be self-motivated, organized, and able to be professional and courteous with residents, prospects, and co-workers. Strong multi-tasking capability and the ability to handle competing deadlines are essential. Reliable transportation is required to work at multiple sites, and you must have your own tools.

Responsibilities

• Completes all work orders in a timely manner
• Responds to on-call emergencies
• Make-readies/turning vacant units
• Painting and drywall repairs
• Electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and appliance repairs
• Operates heavy machinery
• Pressure washing
• Maintains grounds on a daily basis
• Keeps compactor area clean
• Works within the budget to keep operating costs in control
• Changes locks and maintains keys

Requirements

• HVAC Certification Required
