Maintenance Tech - Day Shift

Primary Responsibilities

• Performs a wide variety of repairs throughout the facility including plumbing, electrical, painting, and carpentry.
• Ensures proper upkeep and preventative maintenance of all buildings, materials, and systems.
• Schedules, directs and ensures satisfactory completion of work performed by vendors.
• Records data from main electrical panels on a quarterly basis.
• Inspects various equipment and building areas, including, but not limited to, air compressors, roof and roof-mounted equipment and sprinkler systems; records data from inspections.
• Provides support with conference room set-up for meetings, caterings, and events.
• Maintains positive interactions with associates at all levels of the organization in providing outstanding service and support.

Required Qualifications

• Required Education: High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent
• Experience Required: Minimum of two years of experience in each of the following trades - carpentry, electrical, and plumbing. Previous maintenance or operations experience.
• Skills: Strong communication skills to interact with internal customers and external vendors. Demonstrated proficiency with computer systems to record and track data. Ability to push, pull and lift 75 lbs.
