About the role

Responsibilities

• Ensure facilities remain in top shape by performing a wide variety of tasks including plumbing, painting, landscaping, and equipment repair.
• Work independently to address heating and cooling system issues, repair leaks, replace fixtures, paint rooms, install trim or drywall, and maintain outdoor areas.
• Assist in larger projects as needed, such as coordinating with contractors to fix significant issues.
• Move and lift up to 50 pounds as required.

Requirements

• A valid driver's license
• A high school diploma or GED
• 3+ years of relevant experience
• Painting, mechanical, hand, and power tool skills
• A positive attitude
• The ability to interact with others and work independently
• The ability to assist in a wide variety of tasks
• The ability to work early or stay later if needed
• The ability to move and lift up to 50 pounds
