Maintenance Tech

Position Summary

Responsible for preventative maintenance and general service within Maintenance/Security Department. Performs PM on HVAC, system and boiler. Oversees general, routine maintenance and servicing operations throughout the hospital plant and grounds as directed by Director of Plant Operations.

Minimum Qualifications

• General maintenance/construction and/or HVAC experience preferred
• Experience picking up and closing general work orders and Preventative Maintenance

Desired Experience

• Hospital Experience preferred
