About the role
Perform a range of skilled and unskilled tasks related to building maintenance and grounds. Collaborate with supervisor and fellow team members to tackle various maintenance assignments. Demonstrate initiative and judgment in aiding wherever required. Contribute to the overall functionality and appearance of the facility.

- Demonstrate initiative and judgment in aiding wherever required.
- Assist in activities and tasks as directed by supervisor.
- Promote a safe and comfortable environment for residents.
- Contribute to the overall functionality and appearance of the facility.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or Graduate of Technology.
- Some experience in maintenance and power plant work preferred.
