About the role

We're looking for a mid-level Maintenance Technician who excels at handling both electrical and hydraulic systems in a fast-paced distribution center setting.

Responsibilities

  • Perform preventive and emergency maintenance on conveyors, forklifts, dock doors, and other equipment
  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems including motors, sensors, relays, and control panels
  • Diagnose and maintain hydraulic systems such as pumps, valves, and cylinders
  • Keep detailed records in our CMMS system
  • Ensure all work orders are completed accurately and on time
  • Hold external contractors accountable for quality, safety, and timely completion of work
  • Respond quickly to breakdowns and minimize downtime
  • Work closely with operations and safety teams to ensure smooth running of the facility

Qualifications

  • Age of 18 or older
  • 3–5 years of industrial or warehouse maintenance experience
  • Strong skills in electrical and hydraulic troubleshooting
  • Ability to read schematics and technical manuals
  • Comfortable with tools, meters, and diagnostic gear
  • High school diploma or GED (tech school is a plus)
  • Able to lift 50 lbs and work in a physically active environment
