About the role
We're looking for a mid-level Maintenance Technician who excels at handling both electrical and hydraulic systems in a fast-paced distribution center setting.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and emergency maintenance on conveyors, forklifts, dock doors, and other equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems including motors, sensors, relays, and control panels
- Diagnose and maintain hydraulic systems such as pumps, valves, and cylinders
- Keep detailed records in our CMMS system
- Ensure all work orders are completed accurately and on time
- Hold external contractors accountable for quality, safety, and timely completion of work
- Respond quickly to breakdowns and minimize downtime
- Work closely with operations and safety teams to ensure smooth running of the facility
Qualifications
- Age of 18 or older
- 3–5 years of industrial or warehouse maintenance experience
- Strong skills in electrical and hydraulic troubleshooting
- Ability to read schematics and technical manuals
- Comfortable with tools, meters, and diagnostic gear
- High school diploma or GED (tech school is a plus)
- Able to lift 50 lbs and work in a physically active environment
