The Car Park is a rapidly growing parking and transportation company operating more than 500 locations across the United States. We leverage cutting-edge technology, deliver legendary customer service, and provide best-in-class practices to our clients in markets including hospitality, healthcare, events, municipalities, office, retail, and universities.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with financial transactions upon entering parking facilities
• Work with a crew responsible for the cleanliness and maintenance of multiple parking decks in a downtown business environment
• Perform routine custodial duties such as:
  • Sweeping, litter pickup, and disposal
  • Painting and pressure washing
• Calculate parking amounts due from customers, collect validations, and process payments
• Operate a cash register and maintain strict cash controls

This position requires work to be performed both indoors and outdoors year-round.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in janitorial and maintenance work
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time

• Sincerely enjoys creating a positive experience for customers and coworkers
• Able to anticipate customer needs and present a professional appearance and demeanor
• Works well as a team player, sharing knowledge and skills, and excels while working independently
• Prior mechanical or painting experience is preferred
• Good knowledge of the area/downtown locations is a plus
