Responsibilities

• Assist customers in the financial transaction upon entering parking facilities
• Work with a crew responsible for the cleanliness and maintenance of multiple parking decks in a downtown business environment
• Perform routine custodian duties such as sweeping, litter pickup and disposal, painting and pressure washing
• Perform work both indoors and outdoors year-round

Skills

• Sincerely enjoys creating a positive experience for customers and coworkers
• Anticipate a customer’s needs and present a professional appearance and demeanor
• Works as a team player, sharing knowledge and skills
• Excels while working independently
• Prior mechanical or painting experience is preferred
• Good knowledge of the area/downtown locations is a plus
• Calculate parking amount due from customer then collect validations and payment from customers
• Operate cash register and maintain strict cash controls

Requirements

• 1 year in janitorial & maintenance work
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
