Maintenance Tech

About the role

You will be assisting customers in the financial transaction upon entering parking facilities in addition to working with a crew responsible for the cleanliness and maintenance of multiple parking decks in a downtown business environment.

Responsibilities

• Performing routine custodian duties such as sweeping, litter pickup and disposal
• Painting and pressure washing
• Assisting customers with financial transactions, including calculating parking amounts due, collecting validations and payments, and operating a cash register while maintaining strict cash controls

• Works as a team player, sharing knowledge and skills, and excels while working independently
• Prior mechanical or painting experience is preferred
• Good knowledge of the area/downtown locations is a plus

Minimum Required Qualifications

• 1 year in janitorial & maintenance work
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
