Responsibilities

• Assist customers in the financial transaction upon entering parking facilities
• Work with a crew responsible for the cleanliness and maintenance of multiple parking decks in a downtown business environment
• Perform routine custodian duties such as sweeping, litter pickup and disposal, painting, and pressure washing
• Perform work both indoors and outdoors year‑round

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of janitorial & maintenance work
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time

Skills

• Sincerely enjoys creating a positive experience for customers and coworkers
• Anticipates customer needs and presents a professional appearance and demeanor
• Works as a team player, sharing knowledge and skills
• Excels while working independently
• Prior mechanical or painting experience is preferred
• Good knowledge of the area/downtown locations is a plus
• Calculate parking amount due from customer, then collect validations and payment
• Operate cash register and maintain strict cash controls
