Maintenance Tech

Responsibilities

• Aid in the maintenance and repair of facility equipment and systems.
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance tasks.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues.
• Utilize a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) to track work orders and document repairs.
• Interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
• Fabricate and weld components as needed.
• Install new equipment or systems.
• Supervise contractors and vendors during maintenance projects.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude.
• Experience with facilities maintenance and repair.
• Familiarity with logic controllers and electrical systems.
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
• Basic welding skills preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Leadership skills to supervise contractors and vendors during maintenance projects.
