A Day in the Life
- Diagnose and maintain/fix electrical and plumbing issues (including water lines).
- Maintain/fix A/C and heating systems.
- Tend to appliances (when applicable).
- Manage water irrigation systems.
- Assist with stairs, gates, fences, patios, and railings.
- Handle tile, carpet, flooring, interior/exterior lights, fireplaces, ceiling fans, gas fixtures and appliances, shutters, doors, cabinets, windows, sliding glass doors, boilers, gas, and/or electric.
- Install door locks, P.O. boxes, and locks.
- Oversee security systems (where applicable).
- Resolve ceiling leaks.
- Manage pool areas, tile, pool furniture.
Requirements
- Truck or reliable transportation.
- Able to work weekends and handle on-call emergencies.
Desired Skills
- Hvac, EPA, CPO certification and/or experience.
