A Day in the Life

• Diagnosing and maintaining/fixing electrical and plumbing (including water lines).
• Maintaining/fixing A/C and heating systems.
• Maintaining/fixing appliances (when applicable).
• Maintaining/fixing water irrigation systems.
• Maintaining/fixing stairs, gates, fences, patios, and railings.
• Maintaining/fixing tile, carpet, flooring.
• Maintaining/fixing interior/exterior lights.
• Maintaining/fixing fireplaces, ceiling fans.
• Maintaining/fixing gas fixtures and appliances (where applicable).
• Maintaining/fixing shutters, doors, cabinets, windows, sliding glass doors.
• Maintaining/fixing boilers, gas, and/or electric.
• Maintaining/fixing door locks, P.O. boxes, and locks.
• Maintaining/fixing security systems (where applicable).
• Maintaining/fixing ceiling leaks.
• Maintaining/fixing pool areas, tile, pool furniture.

Requirements

• Must have a Truck or Reliable transportation.
• Must be able to take rotation weekend calls and take on-call emergencies.

Preferred Qualifications

• HVAC, EPA, CPO certification and/or experience.

Pay & Schedule

$1000 signing bonus after 90 days of employment.
