About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and safety-minded Maintenance Technician to join our team at Park at Northside in Macon, GA. A $1000 signing bonus is offered after 90 days of employment.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and maintain/fix electrical and plumbing systems (including water lines)
- Maintain and repair A/C and heating systems
- Service appliances (where applicable)
- Maintain water irrigation systems
- Repair stairs, gates, fences, patios, and railings
- Repair or replace tile, carpet, and flooring
- Maintain interior/exterior lights
- Service fireplaces and ceiling fans
- Repair gas fixtures and appliances (where applicable)
- Maintain shutters, doors, cabinets, windows, and sliding glass doors
- Service boiler, gas, and/or electric systems
- Maintain door locks, P.O. boxes, and locks
- Service security systems (where applicable)
- Address ceiling leaks
- Maintain pool areas, tile, and pool furniture
- Assist with moving appliances and keeping the property clean
Requirements
- Must have a truck or reliable transportation
- Must be able to take rotation weekend calls and handle on-call emergencies
- Must have a valid driver’s license and provide proof of auto insurance coverage
