Responsibilities

• Diagnosing and maintaining/fixing electrical and plumbing (including water lines).
• Diagnosing and maintaining/fixing A/C and heating systems.
• Diagnosing and maintaining/fixing appliances (when applicable).
• Diagnosing and maintaining/fixing water irrigation systems.
• Diagnosing and maintaining/fixing stairs, gates, fences, patios, and railings.
• Diagnosing and maintaining/fixing tile, carpet, flooring.
• Diagnosing and maintaining/fixing interior/exterior lights.
• Diagnosing and maintaining/fixing fireplaces, ceiling fans.
• Diagnosing and maintaining/fixing gas fixtures and appliances (where applicable).
• Diagnosing and maintaining/fixing shutters, doors, cabinets, windows, sliding glass doors.
• Diagnosing and maintaining/fixing boilers, gas, and/or electric.
• Diagnosing and maintaining/fixing door locks, P.O. boxes, and locks.
• Diagnosing and maintaining/fixing security systems (where applicable).
• Diagnosing and maintaining/fixing ceiling leaks.
• Diagnosing and maintaining/fixing pool areas, tile, pool furniture.

Requirements

• Must have a Truck or Reliable transportation.
• Must be able to take rotation weekend calls and take on-call emergencies.

Qualifications

• HVAC, EPA, CPO certification and/or experience preferred.
