A Day in the Life
- Diagnose and maintain/plug electrical and plumbing issues (including water lines).
- Maintain/fix A/C and heating systems.
- Handle appliance repairs (when applicable).
- Tend to water irrigation systems.
- Assist with stairs, gates, fences, patios, and railings maintenance.
- Manage tile, carpet, and flooring upkeep.
- Oversee interior/exterior lighting.
- Deal with fireplaces, ceiling fans, and gas fixtures/appliances (where applicable).
- Manage shutters, doors, cabinets, windows, sliding glass doors, and door locks.
- Manage boilers, gas, and/or electric systems.
- Handle security systems (where applicable).
- Resolve ceiling leaks.
- Take care of pool areas, tile, pool furniture.
Requirements
- Truck or reliable transportation.
- Able to work weekends and handle on-call emergencies.
Desired Skills
- HVAC certification and/or experience.
- EPA certification and/or experience.
- CPO certification and/or experience.
