About the role
If you're an enthusiastic and safety-minded Maintenance Technician who enjoys taking great care of residents and the community, we would love for you to join our team at Ridgewood at Greenbrier in Greenbrier, TN.
Responsibilities
- Diagnosing and maintaining/fixing electrical and plumbing (including water lines)
- A/C and heating systems
- Appliances (when applicable)
- Water irrigation systems
- Stairs, gates, fences, patios, and railings
- Tile, carpet, and flooring
- Interior/exterior lights
- Fireplaces and ceiling fans
- Gas fixtures and appliances (where applicable)
- Shutters, doors, cabinets, windows, and sliding glass doors
- Boiler, gas, and/or electric systems
- Door locks, P.O. boxes, and locks
- Security systems (where applicable)
- Ceiling leaks
- Pool areas, tile, and pool furniture
- Helping with moving appliances and keeping the property clean
Requirements
- Must have a truck or reliable transportation
- Must be able to take rotation weekend calls and handle on-call emergencies
