Maintenance Tech

Key Responsibilities

• Perform appliance and equipment repair, minor electrical work, plumbing repairs, pool maintenance, and basic carpentry tasks
• Ensure the upkeep and functionality of the apartment community
• Participate in the on-call rotation schedule for maintenance emergencies
• Maintain a professional demeanor while performing all tasks

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of related work experience
• HVAC or EPA certification preferred
• Pool operation and maintenance experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical aspects of appliance repair
• Experience with HVAC troubleshooting and repairs
• Basic understanding of electricity, refrigeration, plumbing, carpentry, appliance repair, and irrigation systems
