Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Tech to join our team at Chestnut Hill Lodge Health and Rehabilitation Center. As a key member of our facility's operations, you will be responsible for maintaining the safety, cleanliness, and overall well-being of our 181-bed facility.
Maintenance Tech Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the efficient and safe operation of equipment, systems, and facilities
- Conduct repairs and maintenance on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other systems as needed
- Inspect and maintain the cleanliness and organization of common areas, including hallways, corridors, and rooms
- Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure the overall success of our facility
- Maintain accurate records and reports of maintenance activities and repairs
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
