Maintenance Tech

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented maintenance professional to help keep our facilities, equipment, and systems operating safely and efficiently. In this role, you will perform a variety of preventive, corrective, and routine maintenance tasks while supporting a clean, organized, and well-functioning work environment.Responsibilities Perform routine inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance on building systems and equipment Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and general facility issues Complete basic repairs such as replacing parts, fixing fixtures, and adjusting equipment Maintain records of work performed, parts used, and ongoing maintenance needs Support general facility upkeep, including cleanliness, safety, and organization Coordinate with vendors or contractors when specialized service is needed Follow all safety procedures and company policies while completing assigned tasksQualifications Previous experience in maintenance, facilities, mechanical repair, or a related field Working knowledge of tools, equipment, and common building systems Ability to troubleshoot problems and determine practical repair solutions Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Good communication and teamwork skills Ability to lift, bend, climb, and perform physical tasks as needed High school diploma or equivalent preferredPreferred Experience Experience with preventive maintenance programs Familiarity with electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or carpentry repair work Experience using maintenance management systems or work order software Relevant certifications or technical training a plusWhat We Offer A supportive and team-oriented work environment Opportunities to build technical skills and grow your experience Competitive compensation based on experience Benefits may include health coverage, paid time off, and retirement savings optionsIf you are dependable, hands-on, and take pride in keeping things running smoothly, we encourage you to apply.
