Maintenance Tech

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented professional to join our team in a hands-on maintenance role. This position plays an important part in supporting safe, efficient, and well-functioning facilities by performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and responding to service needs in a timely manner.Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems, equipment, and fixtures Respond to maintenance requests and service calls with professionalism and urgency Conduct preventative maintenance inspections to help reduce downtime and extend equipment life Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and general facility issues as assigned Complete work orders accurately and document repairs, parts used, and completed tasks Assist with installations, adjustments, and minor upgrades to facilities and equipment Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment Coordinate with supervisors, vendors, and team members to ensure timely resolution of issuesQualifications Previous experience in maintenance, facilities, or a related hands-on technical role Working knowledge of basic electrical, mechanical, plumbing, or HVAC systems Ability to diagnose problems and complete repairs efficiently and accurately Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment Good communication and teamwork skills Ability to lift, move, and operate tools, equipment, and materials as needed Flexibility to work occasional evenings, weekends, or on-call shifts, if requiredPreferred Skills Experience with preventative maintenance programs or computerized maintenance systems Familiarity with general facility operations and safety standards Basic troubleshooting skills across multiple trades Certifications or training in a maintenance-related fieldWhat We Offer A supportive team environment Opportunities to build technical skills and grow professionally Competitive compensation and benefits, based on experience Meaningful work that helps keep operations running smoothlyWork EnvironmentThis role may involve working indoors and outdoors, performing physical tasks, and using hand and power tools.
