Maintenance Tech

About the role

This full-time Maintenance Technician position performs a variety of routine, non-routine, and skilled maintenance and repair of the facility's buildings and equipment. The role handles work orders for electrical, plumbing, heating, and air conditioning, as well as daily maintenance, safety checks, cosmetic changes, and miscellaneous needs. The position shares in an on-call rotation once every 8 weeks.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine, non-routine, and skilled maintenance and repair of buildings and equipment
• Handle work orders for electrical, plumbing, heating, and air conditioning systems
• Conduct daily maintenance and safety checks
• Make cosmetic changes and address miscellaneous maintenance needs
• Participate in on-call rotation once every 8 weeks

Requirements

• At least two years of maintenance experience with large volumes of residential and/or commercial clients
• Dependable
