Ivybrooke Crossing is seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Technician to oversee the upkeep and repair of their 113-unit residential apartment community.

Responsibilities

- Prepare units for occupancy - Complete make-ready work and general work orders - Perform maintenance including electrical, HVAC, and Plumbing - Conduct manual repairs (e.g., fix locks, replace windows) - Carry out general upkeep tasks (e.g., landscaping, painting, carpentry, pool maintenance) - Fill out daily paperwork - Be on-call as needed by the property manager

Skills

- Proven experience as a maintenance technician - Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems - Basic understanding of maintenance duties - Familiarity with tools, appliances, and devices - Manual dexterity and problem-solving abilities
