Position Summary Perform maintenance of electrical systems (replace light bulbs and sockets, clean and repair circuit breaker panels etc. Assist in setup of ventilation, refrigeration and other systems and conduct repairs when necessary Ensures that maintenance equipment is operational by performing routine and preventative maintenance and cleaning of tools Performs painting work either for repair or preparation for moves-ins (sheetrock & mudding) Maintain heating and plumbing systems to ensure functionality Inspect alarm systems (fire, protection) and schedule repairs when needed Perform manual repairs when necessary (fix lock, replace windows etc.) Undertake activities of pest control such as spraying insecticide Conduct general upkeep procedures and other task as assigned (painting, carpentry, etc.) Willingness to be on call Some overtime may be required Complete all other duties as required Please send resumes, with cover letter to the hiring manager at Benefits Health Insurance For more information, contact Ms. Brown at bbrown@pdevcorp.com.
